MICHAEL JACKSON DATA VISUALIZATION
A data visualization experience redesigning top 15 Michael Jackson songs for the late artist’s 2022 Remastered Greatest Hits. Using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, each star formation corresponds to the song’s danceability, energy, tempo and happiness and each color to the costume that Michael Jackson performs in. Each song cover redesign is made with data from Musicstax fetched using Google Sheet CMS. Altogether, its designed to capture the spirit of Michael Jackson to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the King of Pop. This project is inspired by Bon Iver’s i,i' Viisualiizer and The Weekend’s Alone With Me Experience for With Spotify.
